Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between imran-portfolio.com (“Service Provider”) and the Client (“You”) regarding the use of our web and mobile development services.
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to deliver professional digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website Development
- Mobile Application Development
- API Integration
- Custom Software Solutions
- SEO and Marketing Services
2. Project Terms
All projects will be initiated upon receiving a written confirmation and agreed payment terms. Project timelines, deliverables, and milestones will be clearly communicated before the start of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary project details, materials, and access credentials promptly.
- Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees. All payments made are non-refundable once the service has begun.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related and business information confidential. The Service Provider may use project visuals for portfolio purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables of the project. However, the Service Provider retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or code libraries used in development.
7. Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope. Any additional changes or new requests may incur additional costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered product or service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider.
